  • Contact Form – we will contact you via the email address that you give us on our contact form with information relating to your specific inquiry. Information will be deleted from this form once your enquiry has been answered and will not be used for any further purpose.
  • Online Orders – when you order a chart from our website we take details that are required for processing of your payment and for fulfilment of your order. We do not store credit card details as these are procesed by Paypal. You will not be contacted for any further purpose or marketing.
  • Blog - our blog is hosted on WordPress and comments or subscriptions that you make can be amended by you at any time.

We will never lease, distribute or sell your personal information to third parties.

Any personal information we hold about you is stored securely and processed in line with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Data breaches

Where there is a breach of data security, we will notify the ICO within 72 hours as per GDPR guidelines. We will also notify you via email if this includes your personal details.

Our website contains links to other websites. In particular we link to our Etsy shop and Blog which are both hosted externally.
